Who it is for

Anyone caring for or coordinating around someone they love: a parent, a spouse, a child, a friend. It is serious enough for real medical care and gentle enough for everyday family life. If your people are spread out, juggling appointments and medications, or just trying to stay on the same page, this is for you.

What you get

A real, private village for your family, set up with care: a shared care log, medications with schedules and a one tap Taken, appointments that reach everyone, a documents vault, and the Hospital Go Bag for emergencies. You also get a direct line to us, and your feedback shapes what we build next.

Your part of the deal

Here is the honest part. This is a real partnership, not a free ride. We are pouring our hearts into The Village and giving it to you at no cost, and in return we need you all in. Founding families help us build this, and that means showing up. Here is what we ask:

• Actually use it. Log real care so your feedback is real. The app only gets better when it is truly lived in.
• Send short reports. Quick, regular check ins on what is working, what is confusing, and what is missing. It takes minutes and it means everything.
• Help us spread the word. Share The Village on your social media and tell your story. Word of mouth from real families is how this grows.
• Refer a friend. Know another family who needs this? Send them our way.
• Be honest and kind. Tell us the hard truths. We can take it, and we will act on it.

How long it runs

The beta testing phase runs about eight to twelve weeks. That gives us time to walk through real life together, an appointment run, a medication change, maybe a hospital visit, and to make the app better in a few rounds before it opens more widely.

Your privacy

The Village is built security first. Each family lives in its own private space, files are kept in private storage, and no one outside your village can see your information. Your family and its details stay yours.
